2. Portfolio, Samples, and Demo Work
Xero Film may display portfolio samples, demo edits, editing breakdowns, visual examples, and sample project materials to show editing style, workflow, and service quality.

- real client-approved work
- anonymized work
- demo edits created by Xero Film
- sample edit breakdowns
- visual mockups or workflow demonstrations
Demo or sample work will not be presented as a real client result unless it is based on approved client work.
3. Client-Provided Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any footage, audio, images, logos, music, scripts, brand assets, graphics, documents, or reference materials they provide are either owned by them, properly licensed, or legally allowed to be used in the project.
By submitting materials to Xero Film, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use those materials.
Xero Film is not responsible for copyright claims that arise from materials supplied by the client without proper rights or permission.
4. Music, Stock Footage, and Third-Party Assets
If a project requires music, stock footage, images, fonts, templates, sound effects, plugins, or other third-party assets, those assets may require separate licenses.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- paid stock assets are not included by default
- music licensing must be confirmed before publishing
- platform copyright restrictions are the client’s responsibility after delivery
- project files and editable source files may not include transferable third-party licenses
Clients should review licensing requirements before uploading or publishing final content.
5. Use of Xero Film Work
Final edited videos, exports, graphics, or deliverables may be used by the client according to the agreed project scope and payment terms.
Unless agreed otherwise:
- final exports are delivered for the intended platform or use case
- editable project files are not included by default
- source files, project files, templates, and working files remain separate from final deliverables
- unpaid work may not be used, published, distributed, or claimed as final client property
Xero Film may reserve the right to showcase approved work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials, unless confidentiality or white-label restrictions are agreed in writing.
6. White-Label and Confidential Work
For agency, white-label, or confidential projects, portfolio usage and public credit must be agreed before work begins.
If a project is white-label, Xero Film will not publicly claim or display the work without permission.
7. Copyright Infringement Complaints
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice with the details listed below.
Your notice should include:
- your full name and contact information
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- the exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
